Well, here it is!
After months of planning, developing, writing and building the new site, we’re delighted to release our new-look website out into the wild.
Why did we redesign our website?
For starters, the old website needed a refresh. It represented where we were as a company years ago and didn’t accurately present where we are – and what we do – today.
But the reasons went beyond just needing a little bit of a facelift.
Our old site was a little difficult to use; it wasn’t easy to find the information you needed, who you needed to contact or how to get in touch with them.
So, on our new site, we’ve made sure that all of the information is in the easiest possible place.
An easier way to arrange deliveries
Need to arrange a propane delivery?
Just head to the propane page and you’ll find out everything you need to know, the safety data sheet attachments and the contact details to get straight through one of our experts who will be more than happy to help you.
And it’s the same for our other products too. The direct contact details for the person (not automated machine or call centre) you need to talk to are right there, ready for you to call.
Why did we do this?
We wanted to make sure that every customer could come to our site, find the contact details of the exact person they need to talk to and be on the phone to them as quickly as possible.
